All attorneys involved in a case may simultaneously view my calendar on-line to select a date and then contact my Legal Assistant, Donna, at 850-830-8305 to reserve that date, or click here to request a mediation date online. Please note that we cannot hold your date of choice indefinitely without a Notice of Mediation (“Notice”). Although no certain form is required, a sample may be found by clicking Notice of Mediation Form. If you reserve a date, but have not sent us a Notice and someone else asks for that same date, we will call you and request that you provide us with a signed Notice for that date. If we have not received your signed Notice prior to 9:00 a.m. the next business day, then we will have to allow the other case to be set for mediation on that date.

Once we have received your signed Notice, we will change the calendar to show that date is unavailable and we will send all of the parties' attorneys my engagement letter for execution.

My office is handicap accessible and has over 3,500 square feet and three (3) large conference rooms available for your mediation conference.
